Details for SVA web site programme entries

For artists and promoters presenting events as part of the sva programme. Please read the information below and send the requested material to dominic at mundusloci dot org

Information text

Please send text information via e-mail, ideally in the body of the email, or as an attached text file such as ms word (.doc) or text editor (.txt).

DO NOT send TEXT information as an image file such as an e-flyer, jpeg, tiff, bmp, png or gif files.

Please include the following information as text:

Title of event
Artist/performer/etc
A brief description of the event - max 30 words
Date(s), Time, venue, prices and ticket information

Images

e-mail a maximum of 3 JPEG images of the work, artists, performers etc.

Send images as .jpg or .png files only, do not send Tiffs, PDFs or other kinds of image files.

Your first image should be square or landscape format, 200 pixels wide and saved for web.
Additional images should be up to 400 px wide save for web.

If this is not possible please send medium size images with a less than 300Kb file size.

Additional text/information

Further text information about the event, details about the artist(s) and links to other sites can be provided separately in the body of the email or as attached text file as above. No limit on word count. This will appear as a separate page with a link from the programme entry.

If text and images as specified above are easily accessible on another web site you may send direct link(s) to the relevant page(s)
