Stroud Film Festival
Sunday 1st March, 4:30pm - 7:30pm
SVA John Street
A hauntological, decapitalised film project created openly on Instagram and shaped by a global network of artists. Blending fiction, theory and real-world encounters, it traces Fisher’s ideas - from hauntology to capitalist realism to unfinished utopias - through beaches, estates and digital spaces. Guided by the fictional Parkins played by Justin Hopper, the film becomes a collective meditation on lost futures and the possibility of new ones.
The director Simon Poulter will introduce the film and begin a discussion after the screening.
